Nursing careers take flight here! We pay CNAs $18.00 and up! Not a CNA? We’ll pay for certification, provide regular wages while attending school AND raise your wage upon completion. We’re serious about giving our best to employees so they’ll give their best to our residents!
Sign-on bonuses! We hope to attract the best employees with the following incentives:
- $2,500 for nurses
- $1,200 for caregivers (CNAs and Resident Assistants)
- $500 for dining services personnel
