Independent Senior Living

Magic happens when you're free of worry. Our 123 ranch-styles homes offer the best in spacious, independent living with supportive services.

Prairie Point is a quiet, prairie-style neighborhood governed by an active resident association that welcomes involvement and fosters socialization. Our homes are smoke-free for the benefit of all residents and visitors, and approved pets are welcome as you make your new house a happy home!

(For anyone needing help downsizing and/or moving, we can connect you with companies that specialize in senior moves.)

Bordered generally by Pleasant View, Elderberry, Junction and Old Sauk roads, just off Madison’s Beltline, Prairie Point is convenient to major shopping areas and to Attic Angel Place, where residents have access to senior programming and social activities (think “Happy Hour” and enrichment classes!). Best of all, maintenance for the home and yard is included!

Here’s how it works: Instead of buying the home, residents sign a life lease to live in the house in addition to paying a low monthly service fee. While continuing to pay the fee, residents may remain in the home as long as they like or until they need another level of care. A large percentage of the initial lease payment will be returned to the resident or family at the end of the lease, once the home has been re-leased to a new resident.
