Looking for Difference-Makers

Our culture of compassion, service excellence, community, accountability and respect is the backdrop for the joyful work we do each day. From caregiving and housekeeping roles to dining services and administrative positions, we have the daily privilege of making a positive difference for residents within Attic Angel. In addition to serving those living within our locally owned and/or managed communities, employees can ride the coattails and support the mission of Attic Angel Association, which identifies and meets specific needs in the greater community.

We Treat You Well!

We offer excellent wages, sign-on bonuses may be available, and all employees working at least 24 hours per week get a full slate of benefits. Entry-level CNAs begin at $18.00/hour, and we’ll pay for certification of employees who want to pursue career growth as a caregiver. We’re serious about giving our best to employees so they’ll give their best to our residents!

Our Inclusive Environment

Attic Angel believes in diversity and inclusion among our volunteers, staff and residents. We value a culture of many voices and ideas. Our community is stronger when we create an environment including people of all races, sexual orientations, and ethnicities. We commit to respect, embrace and learn from differences, and educate ourselves while advocating for racial and economic justice, equality, and equity. We commit to recruit, retain, and mentor a diverse workforce and volunteer organization. We will work with community leaders and the philanthropic community to address systemic racism.

Convenient Location

Attic Angel rests on the borderline between Madison and Middleton, just a couple blocks off the Beltline at the intersection of Old Sauk Road and Junction Road. Our gorgeous grounds offer natural respite, and our active suburban hub offers many nearby restaurants and retail shops. Our managed communities include Oakmont Senior Community in Verona, just 6 miles away, which is also staffed by Attic Angel employees.
