Our Recipe for Eating Well
Balanced, thoughtfully prepared meals combine flavorful and healthful ingredients with the nutrition each resident needs. Our daily specials, “always available” menu and extensive salad bar incorporate fresh, local, seasonal and sustainably sourced ingredients when possible, including herbs grown in the Attic Angel garden.
Special requests can include (but are not limited to): low-sodium, high-fiber, diabetic, lactose restriction, fluid restriction, mechanically altered, vegetarian, renal, gluten-sensitive, and thickened liquid diets. In addition, cultural and religious preferences are happily met upon request.

The Terrace Restaurant and Garden Room also offer outdoor patio dining, themed dining events, and cooking demonstrations that blend education with entertainment. Our cozy Arbor Café is the perfect place to meet a friend for coffee.
