Segoe Heights apartments offer independent living with optional services. Located on the Attic Angel campus on Old Sauk Road, Segoe Heights is named after Attic Angel’s longtime location on Segoe Road, where Madison was first introduced to the “well retirement” concept for community living.
Apartment Homes
Our 74 apartments come with full kitchens, one or two bedrooms, and some units have dens and personal balconies or patios. Housekeeping is included every other week, and a built-in dining credit each month allows residents to leave some of the cooking to someone else. Our weekly happy hour as well as a wide variety of enrichment opportunities are great ways to meet old and new friends alike.
Segoe Heights provides a safety net for emergency response and scheduled assistance as needed. Our smoke-free policy assures the best in health for everyone and approved pets are welcome as residents make their apartments a happy home!

Scheduled Support Services
While most residents live entirely independent ad active lifestyles, some do take advantage of Attic Angel’s ability to provide add-on scheduled services, such as medication management.
The setting provides peace of mind for both residents and their families, thanks to the optional morning check-in, emergency response and oversight by a registered nurse manager.
A Convenient Home Base
Segoe Heights residents can be as social or as private as they want to be. Our suburban apartments are part of the main Attic Angel campus in Middleton, WI. It is the hub for programs, activities and amenities such as on-site dining, private library and wellness classes. The grounds outside offer nature escapes, walking paths and nearby options for retail, restaurants, health care and arts/entertainment.
