Wellness Partners
Our team of experienced trainers work with residents to customize fitness plans that will help them achieve their health goals. We offer personalized 1-on-1 exercise sessions tailored to the specific needs of each resident, and our Wellness Center presents a diverse range of instructed fitness classes catering to residents of all fitness levels. In addition to improving physical health, these fun group classes allow residents the opportunity to socialize and make new friends.
Fitness On Call
Residents can use our state-of-the-art exercise equipment at any time to engage in their preferred exercise routine. Whether its cardio, strength training, or stretching, residents will find everything they need in our fitness room to stay active and healthy.
Comprehensive Specialty Wellness Programs
In addition to the options you’d expect for general wellness, Attic Angel excels in specific programs that benefit residents navigating Parkinson’s disease and other chronic health concerns. Our Parkinson’s Wellness Program and Rock Steady Boxing bring new approaches that increase quality of life for the residents and their loved ones alike. Outpatient Rehabilitation Services
Attic Angel offers a comprehensive, onsite outpatient program of physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT) and speech therapy. This extensive range of recuperative services is fully supported by Medicare Part B and various secondary insurances. Attic Angel contracts with a reputable and proven outpatient rehabilitation organization for excellence in personalized and effective therapy. These services open the door to even greater wellness.
