Chair Exercises – Come and enjoy your mornings with us as we spend 30 minutes stretching and working on every muscle in the body.
Chair Yoga – Come and sit, stretch and strengthen your way to a healthier you. This class focuses on stretching, deep breathing and relaxing the mind and body.
Fit Circuit – This fun, dynamic class requires some standing and walking from station to station. We will focus on balance, strength and cardio. Each station may include various types of equipment and, when needed, a chair.
Balance Class – Who doesn’t love a balance class? These sessions work on all the muscle groups that contribute to balance while learning the small tricks to reduce falls. This class will incorporate sitting and standing exercises. If you’re not comfortable standing, stay seated because there is an exercise out there for everyone.
Personal Training – Our 1-on-1 program is designed just for you! We create the exercise program based off your needs, capabilities and goals. Each session is 30 minutes long and usually offered 2-5 times a week based on how often you would like to exercise.
Group Personal Training – Don’t want to do a class but you want to exercise? Grab 3 to 5 people and sign up for group personal training. Every session will be tailored to each person’s needs and wants. We will establish individual goals within the group training while having fun and getting fit.

Classes are taught by certified Rock Steady Boxing coaches who present an exercise program that attacks Parkinson’s at its vulnerable neurological points. Attic Angel is the only senior living community in Wisconsin that offers this program! With a focus on overall fitness, strength training, reaction time and balance, workouts include: ring work, focus mitts, heavy bags, speed bags, double-ended bags, core work, calisthenics and circuit weight training. No boxing experience is necessary!
