The property is a little over 3.7 acres and includes a home. “While we have no immediate plans for the house or land,” says Michelle Godfrey, President/CEO, “the purchase represents an investment in our future and offers opportunity for the organization to consider a variety of uses for the property.”
The Attic Angel Campus Amenity Long-Range Plan team, in coordination with its Master Site efforts, will study and evaluate the varied possibilities to integrate the purchase into its overall campus offerings.
