Gorham Glen, on the Attic Angel campus, is a catered living neighborhood that offers the highest level of service for residents who may need assistance around the clock. Our 44 suites with private bathrooms cater to the following range of needs: lifelong high-needs care for assisted living, short-term recuperative stays for respite or rehabilitation, and end-of-life comfort, also known as hospice care.
Named for Attic Angel’s historic first location on Gorham Street in Madison, Gorham Glen has its own Life Enrichment coordinators to cater to residents’ specific needs and interests. That translates into a full schedule of ways to engage and enjoy the highest quality of life possible, which nourishes the well-being and happiness of both resident and their loved ones.
With an on-site rehabilitation therapy gym and robust wellness program, Gorham Glen residents have ample opportunity to pursue health improvements without ever leaving Attic Angel. Similarly, all three daily meals are chef-prepared, and, for a change of scenery, families and friends often enjoy taking residents to other dining areas and attend programs together.
Gorham Glen is well-staffed to care for residents who are recuperating from a hospital stay and others who need long-term support and assistance with activities of daily living. In addition, Attic Angel partners with home health and hospice agencies that strengthen our assisted living care for residents through end of life.
Attic Angel offers assisted living services to help residents live as independently as possible while also enjoying a high quality of life.
Family members or friends of Attic Angel residents who want to stay near to their loved one may have the option of renting a hospitality suite within Attic Angel, on a first-come, first-served basis. A partnership with area hotels also provides accommodations for Attic Angel visitors at a discounted rate.
