With an emphasis on independence, the 74 apartments in Segoe Heights enjoy the safety net of having 24-hour emergency response while allowing people to live more independently. It is named after Attic Angel's longtime location on Segoe Road, where Madison was first introduced to the "well retirement" concept in senior living. Each apartment features a full kitchen, accessible bathroom and shower, washer/dryer, 1 or 2 bedrooms, generous closet space and window treatments. Fee-based scheduled services are available as needed to meet specific health and safety needs. Rental may be arranged through a straight monthly fee agreement or through a life lease. Apartments in our Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) come in five different floor plans.
